Balustrades Engineered Like Our Palisade Fencing

Our balustrades are manufactured in exactly the same way as our W-profile palisade panels – just in a shorter height and with a round-top rail.

Instead of traditional welded balustrades, we use:

  • W-shaped steel pales, punched with the first hole 15 mm from the top, bolted through the top bearer.
  • Top and bottom steel bearers, rolled and pre-punched for perfect spacing.
  • Glass-filled nylon brackets to connect the panel to the posts – extremely strong, UV-stable and corrosion-free.
  • Stainless-steel bolts, nuts and washers for every connection.
  • 25×1.6 mm galvanised round tube clamped on top of the pales and bearer to create a smooth, strong round-topfinish.

The result is a balustrade system that is straighter, stronger and more durable than conventional welded systems.

Why Our Balustrades Are Different

  • No welding – ever

All panels are mechanically assembled. No weld cracks, no grind marks and no burnt paint.

  • Maximum corrosion protection

Hot-dip galvanised steel (Z275), stainless fixings and nylon brackets mean no rust streaks on your walls or tiles.

  • Superior stiffness

The W-profile pales and clamped round-top rail work together to create a very rigid frame, even over long spans.

  • Fast, clean installation

Panels arrive fully assembled from our factory. Installers simply set out the posts, bolt the panels in place and the job is done.

  • Perfect for coastal conditions

Designed for Cape Town’s harsh coastal climate – ideal for apartments, hotels and exposed balconies.

  • Duplex and townhouse developments
