At Palisade World, all products are manufactured to order according to customer specifications.
Custom-Made Products
Because our palisade fencing, panels, and gates are made to your exact size and requirements:
👉 We do not accept returns or refunds on correctly supplied custom-made products.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrectly supplied:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos and details must be provided
- We will assess and, where applicable, repair, replace, or correct the issue
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications provided are correct.
👉 We are not responsible for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Delivery Condition
All goods must be inspected on delivery.
👉 Any damage must be noted immediately upon receipt.
