This quotation is based on Palisade World’s standard Z275 galvanised palisade fencing system, manufactured to commercial specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

SYSTEM STRENGTH & DESIGN

Palisade World fencing is engineered for structural strength through system design rather than material thickness alone.

The W-shaped pales are mechanically locked between double top and bottom bearers, creating a rigid, sag-free structure with long-term dimensional stability.

Although the steel thickness is thinner than some competing systems, this engineered configuration delivers high strength, durability, and security performance. The thinner material also maintains sharper pale edges, enhancing the fence’s effectiveness as a security deterrent.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Palisade fencing is manufactured using Z275 galvanised steel of ISQ230 commercial quality. The system uses 1mm W-shaped pales and bearers, glass-filled nylon brackets with UV protection, and stainless steel grade 304 bolts, nuts, and washers. All components are manufactured to commercial standards.

GUARANTEES

All products carry a minimum 5-year guarantee when installed according to Palisade World installation specifications and when installed more than 1km from the sea. Painting, coating, or cutting of the product will void the guarantee.

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME

Manufacturing requires a minimum of 5 working days from receipt of full payment and confirmed measurements. Gates and powder-coated items may require up to 14 working days depending on supplier lead times.

INSTALLATION & MEASUREMENTS

All measurements must be supplied by the installer. Manufacturing will be carried out according to submitted dimensions and standard deductions. Verbal measurements are not accepted.

STANDARD DEDUCTIONS

• Fence heights: 50mm deducted for bottom clearance

• Panel widths: 20mm deducted for bracket allowance

• Gates: 50mm deducted from pedestrian and sliding gate heights

Width refers to the gap between posts or walls. Height refers to total height from ground level to the top of the fence.

Palisade World cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes supplied by the installer or contractor.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before manufacturing commences. Production will only begin once payment and order confirmation have been received.
