This quotation is based on Palisade World's standard Z275 galvanised palisade fencing system, manufactured to commercial specifications for residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, and security applications.

SYSTEM STRENGTH & DESIGN

Palisade World fencing is engineered for structural strength through system design rather than material thickness alone.

The W-shaped pales are mechanically locked between double top and bottom bearers, creating a rigid, sag-free structure with excellent long-term dimensional stability.

Although the steel thickness may be thinner than some competing systems, this engineered configuration delivers exceptional strength, durability, and security performance. The thinner material also maintains sharper pale edges, enhancing the fence's effectiveness as a security deterrent.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Palisade fencing is manufactured using Z275 galvanised steel of ISQ230 commercial quality.

The system incorporates:

1mm W-shaped pales and bearers
Glass-filled UV-stabilised nylon brackets
Grade 304 stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers
Commercial-grade galvanised steel components

Palisade World reserves the right to source equivalent materials from approved suppliers where necessary.

Minor variations in galvanising appearance, powder coating shade, surface finish, colour, or texture may occur and shall not be regarded as defects.

GUARANTEE

All products carry a minimum 5-year guarantee when:

Installed according to Palisade World specifications
Installed more than 1 kilometre from the sea
Properly maintained
Not modified after supply

The guarantee excludes damage caused by:

Coastal or marine environments within 1 kilometre of the sea
Chemical exposure
Industrial pollution
Physical damage
Incorrect installation
Abuse, misuse, or neglect
Welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, or modification after supply

The guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products at Palisade World's discretion.

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME

Manufacturing requires a minimum of 5 working days from receipt of:

Full payment
Confirmed measurements
Final order approval

Powder-coated products, gates, and special-order items may require up to 14 working days or longer depending on supplier lead times.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays, public holidays, transport disruptions, load shedding, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond Palisade World's control.

INSTALLATION & MEASUREMENTS

All measurements must be supplied and verified by the installer, contractor, architect, engineer, or customer.

Manufacturing will be carried out according to dimensions submitted by the customer.

Verbal measurements will not be accepted.

Palisade World accepts no responsibility for measurement errors supplied by third parties.

STANDARD DEDUCTIONS

Unless otherwise specified:

Fence heights: 50mm deducted for bottom clearance
Panel widths: 20mm deducted for bracket allowance
Pedestrian gate heights: 50mm deducted
Sliding gate heights: 50mm deducted

Width refers to the clear distance between posts, pillars, walls, or mounting points.

Height refers to the overall height from ground level to the top of the fence.

DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Palisade World shall not be liable for delays arising from:

Transport providers
Suppliers
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Labour disruptions
Power interruptions
Road closures
Circumstances beyond our control

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All goods supplied remain the property of Palisade World until paid for in full.

Ownership shall not transfer to the customer until all outstanding amounts relating to the order have been settled.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All products are manufactured to customer specifications.

As products are custom manufactured:

No returns will be accepted on correctly manufactured products
No refunds will be issued for incorrect measurements supplied by customers or installers
Orders may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced

Returns relating to verified manufacturing defects will be assessed by Palisade World and handled at its sole discretion.

INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Unless specifically quoted otherwise, Palisade World supplies materials only.

The installer remains solely responsible for:

Site measurements
Foundations
Concrete works
Structural suitability
Post alignment
Installation quality
Compliance with municipal regulations and building requirements

Palisade World accepts no responsibility for installation workmanship performed by third parties.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before manufacturing commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Manufacturing will only commence once:

Payment has cleared
Measurements are confirmed
The order has been formally accepted

Any balance outstanding shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

BANKING DETAILS & FRAUD WARNING

Palisade World will never notify customers of banking detail changes solely by email.

Customers are advised to verify any banking changes telephonically with our office before making payment.

Palisade World shall not be liable for losses resulting from payments made to fraudulent accounts due to intercepted communications, email fraud, hacking, or cybercrime.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Palisade World's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products supplied.

Under no circumstances shall Palisade World be liable for:

Loss of profit
Loss of business
Loss of income
Security breaches
Consequential damages
Indirect damages
Special damages
Third-party claims

The customer's sole remedy shall be the repair or replacement of defective products.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Palisade World cannot be held responsible for:

Incorrect measurements supplied by customers or installers
Unsuitable site conditions
Incorrect installation
Delays caused by third parties
Product misuse or modification after supply

Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements and specifications are correct before manufacturing commences.
