Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:

Full payment is required before we start manufacturing. We will only begin production after receiving the full payment and a completed order form.

OUR PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

Our Palisade Fencing is made of stainless steel grade 304 Bolts, Nuts, and Washers. The Pales and Bearers have a thickness of 1mm and are of commercial high quality. Our fencing is made of galvanized steel, 70mm wide, and W-Format Brackets Nylon with UV protection, which conforms to international standard Z275.

GUARANTEES:

All our products come with a minimum 5-year guarantee if installed according to our installation instructions, and if they are installed more than 1km from the sea. If the products are painted, coated or cut, the guarantee will be null and void.

MANUFACTURING TIME:

We require a minimum of 5 working days after receiving proof of payment and correct measurements. For gates and powder-coated items, manufacturing times may take up to 14 working days due to delays from suppliers. We can provide normal posts and tracks for gates on the same day of order confirmation.

INSTALLATIONS:

If installation is not included in the quote, it is not included in the price. Our Palisade Panels do not come with fixing bolts to posts and walls. These should be supplied by the installer. We do not accept verbal measurements. Please refer to our installation instructions at www.palisadeworld.co.za/installation.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is free of charge for orders of R50,000 or higher.

PLEASE NOTE:

The sizes you submit are gap sizes. We make our own deductions to accommodate for brackets, hinges, lock-boxes, and bottom clearance.

FENCE HEIGHTS:

We deduct 50mm from your fence height to allow clearance for the pale at the bottom of the fence.

PANEL WIDTHS:

We deduct 20mm from your panel width to allow for our brackets.

GATES:

We deduct 50mm from your pedestrian gate and sliding gate heights to allow for clearance at the bottom and line up with the fence. Sliding gate heights will be the height above the track.

Width refers to the gap between posts or walls, while height refers to the total height from ground level to the top of your fence.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We will not take responsibility for incorrect sizes. We suggest that only the installer must give the sizes and take responsibility for incorrect sizes.
